As a Customer Success Specialist (CSS), you will play a central role in helping our customers succeed—giving them the tools and support they need to thrive and outperform.

The CSS role is all about making a real difference for farmers. You’ll ensure customers get the most out of their FarmDroid robots, helping them optimize their farming practices and achieve better results than ever before. At the same time, you’ll support distributors to ensure they can deliver the best possible service and solutions to farmers.

What You’ll Do 

Empower Farmers 

  • Help customers optimize their FarmDroid robot to improve efficiency and results. 
  • Provide guidance and training to ensure farmers achieve their goals. 
  • Serve as the go-to person for customers, offering advice and troubleshooting when needed. 

Strengthen Distributor Success 

  • Work closely with distributors, helping them support farmers effectively. 
  • Provide training and insights to distributors so they can maximize their impact. 
  • Act as a bridge between FarmDroid and distributors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. 

Be FarmDroid’s Eyes and Ears in the Field 

  • Spend time in the field with farmers and distributors, particularly during key seasons. 
  • Gather real-world insights from customers to share with FarmDroid’s teams. 
  • Build lasting relationships with farmers and industry stakeholders. 

Support Sales and Outreach 

  • Work alongside Regional Sales Managers during the sales season (Sept–Feb) to engage new customers. 
  • Educate potential customers on the benefits of FarmDroid’s technology. 

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Agricultural Knowledge: A background in farming or agriculture is essential—you’ll need to understand the challenges farmers face to provide meaningful support. 
  • Customer Focus: You thrive on helping others succeed and delivering an exceptional experience. 
  • Communication Skills: You can explain technical concepts in a clear and friendly way. 
  • Adaptability: You’re comfortable balancing fieldwork, customer interactions, and collaboration with distributors. 
  • Proficiency: Fluent in English and the local language, with the ability to travel as needed.
